Recently, the United States of America invated into Iran. As retaliation to the U.S., Iran is closing the Strait of Hormes and the world is experiencing a serious oil shortage. In order to tackle this problem, many countries shifted its energy into renewable energy, such as solar energy. As a result, the popularity of solar energy is rising around the world, especially in the household.
The reason why solar energy is popular is that solar energy is effective in a way of protecting environment. This is because unlike other non-renewable energy, such as fossil fuels, solar energy is a renewable energy and it can generate power only by using sun light. As sunlight does not require special methods to turn into power, solar energy is permeated many people around the world. Also, solar energy can be turn into shopping. For instance, in Japan some households save solar energy and sell it to the others. Therefore, solar energy has advantages in various aspects and gained its popularity.
On the other hand, solar energy have drawbacks as well as advantages. Although, solar energy is popular around the world, it is only permeated families in developed countries. This is because solar energy require high costs to introduce and maintain. Also, in order to provide enough energy for a household to consume, solar energy needs vast areas to install solar panels and consistent sunlight to produce the energy. Lastly, solar energy is not a stable energy source because people cannot receive the sunlight consistently at the same quantity.
In conclusion, solar energy plays an effective role in households, as it is renewable energy, generous for the environment and easy to adopt. However, solar energy has disadvantages of requiring vast areas and expensive money to install solar panes, as well as instability in energy generation.
