Nowadays, according to the notifications of many, the youth or the gen Z have more opportunities as opposed to the past. I solely agree with this statement due to several specific triggers, such as, expanded choices in every case, like, education and technology, and the developing facilities provided for each of the employer. Therefore, this essay highlights the topic through shedding the light on the reasons and examples for this alter in the society.
The first and foremost point is large numbers of options we own now. The real reason why I am notifying this is competition. There is no doubt that some 20, or 30 years ago, in every corner of the planet, the customer serving places, like hospitals, public schools, barbers or cafe have already been founded. However, in fact, there was no competition due to the extremely low numbers of such spots. Because of this severe reason, the prices were quite expensive and the facilities were not as great as the present. Nevertheless, thanks to the refinements that are imposed in the system, the monopoly has been lost and many more entrepreneurs began to run their own companies or customer care services. Thus, now, we have remarkably higher numbers of choices compared to the past.
The second most prominent factor is the widened job opportunities. As I have remarked before, as population growed, the new professions have also been created in order to keep the redundancy levels stable. Accordingly, the job opportunities also multiplied and the person who is not fond of his duty can alter his or her workplace as much as he desires. For instance, me myself have observed that my brother has recieved his bachelor’s diploma 4 years ago, and throughout the four-year period till now, he managed to change his workplace at least five times. Interestingly, my dad who has accomplished his university studies 28 years ago has not made any change in that case and still, has been functioning for the local hospital. In my opinion, this is also an irrefutable proof why the current world has more widened options.
In conclusion, this is totally clear that the present world is far better than the past and in addition to this, has a wide range of opportunties to choose. As a support for my opinion, I can remark that this a few and far between situation to be unemployer in this developed Earth.
