To begin with, dinner provided the greatest percentage for both sodium and saturated fat. For added sugar, snacks give the highest percentage. Breakfast for all the categories has the least percentage.
In details, the first data shows the percentage for sodium. The data tells us that the dinner which contains the highest percentage is approximately 40%, both breakfast and snacks covers the least amount of sodium being consumed at about 14%. By eating lunch, exactly 29% of sodium is taken. Meanwhile the second graph reveals information for saturated fat. Through eating dinner, almost one third of saturated fat is consumed. Additionally, eating lunch can give 26% of saturated fat. When consuming snacks it can contribute just over 21% and at about 16% of saturated fat during breakfast. On the other hand, the last illustration provides data about added sugar. Lunch contains at about 42% of added sugar followed by dinner which includes 23%. Through eating breakfast, it gives the least amount at approximately 16% after lunch which has exactly 19%.
