It is argued by some people that graduating university is the best option in order to get a job, while others think that it is more important to practise and develop skills instead of studying. I believe that be a certificated specialist values more than experience.
Today, as soon as finishing school programm, more and more teenagers start thinking about their future job. Because of improvements in digital technology, it is possible to complete a short course online and get a diploma. Moreover, other applicants prefer to go to work in a startup. As a result, they know abosutly everything about the sphere in which they work. Also, they are able to improve their skills through exchange of experience with professionals.
However, there are some jobs which require a bachelor’s degree from university. For instance: doctor, lawyer, scientist and others. All of this professions need to be taken in serious, because they expect reliability and patience.Furthermore, those people have to be ready to take responsiability for someone’s life. Because of this, knowledges and education play the most important role.
In conclusion, despite many people think that practice is better chance to be employed, I would say that academic education is more essential.
