Some believe that nations would better relies on their domestic production more than import from other regions. In fact, this allow nations to remain safe when the source country face issues. I completely agree with this notion. My explanation towards this will be illustrated in the following essay.
Firstly, if a country produce its own needs, it can stay safe when there is an international difficulty in other areas. In this condition, they would not become drowned under economical problems at all. For example, while Thailand hit by hurricane, it totally affected the amount of rice that were exported to Indonesia. Therefore, countries are able to afford their inner demands by standing on their own feet whenever the worldwide stocks are unfavorable.
Secondly, some areas have special kinds of plants that can not be found in other regions. As a result, each state have their own food habit. Thus, countries are enabled to preserve their native plants by producing and supplying food for their people.
On the other hand, when new productions are imported from other places, residents have the opportunity to try different types of food and new flavours. They may find out their favourite productions and better quality. In other words, the demostic plants and food may not be satisfying enough. So, they are able to access delicious sources among imports.
To sum up, it is vital for a country to grow its livestock because they are less impacted when there are problems involved with the exporter states and they can support their native plants. From my perspective, relying on own food outweighs buying fabrications from other regions.
