There is an ongoing debate about wheather older people or young people should dominate the leadership in organization. In my opinion, although older leaders have undeniably accumulated experience over the years, I firmly believe that age is not decisive factor to be successful leader because young individuals can show their capabilities and leadership qualities as equally older people.
Proponents of age-based leadership argue that seniority connects with accumulated expertise and sound judgement. This is mainly because older leaders can weather professional setbacks and have foresight ability to navigate crisis with composure. Furthermore Communication is crucial for executive. It facilitates the partnership and get on well with employees.Chosen older leader manage based on their extensive experience and make well-profitable decisions. Despite some challenges, they steer companies through any situations.
On the other hand, I believe that young people can also be successful leaders. They are hardworking, energetic and adoptable from new direction position. They often understand easily new technology and changing customer trends better. This helps to come up with new ideas and strategies for management of the company. Tech industry, for example, where young business owners in their twenties have successful profits of management in executive position. Some companies are established and managed by entrepreneurs. They utilize cutting-edge technology, attracting investment, and make efficient use of the workforce, so they have transformed markets and achieved remarkable success.
In conclusion, although older generations are capable of management in executive position with their great experience,I firmly believe that younger leaders perform more effective in the position with creative solutions and strategies for management and making well- informed, reasonable decisions.
