Some individuals firmly believe that tuition and fees are not necessary for educational purposes and such payment is the government’s responsibility not citizens. From my viewpoint, being educated is immensely crucial, therefore governments should seek alternative ways in order to fulfill the economic requirements and provide their nations with free educational systems considering this trend would be beneficial for the governmental system as well.
My primary reason for my stance is that if the governments invest in their people’s level of knowledge, they will have a more prosperous nation on various levels. When people are more academically sophisticated, more jobs will be created and the businesses as well as the public sector will be more functional. Additionally, it is a known fact that the level of poverty is increasing dramatically nowadays, therefore only a small portion of people are able to educate under convenient circumstances and the vast majority are not able to cope with the insane increase in the fees. More individuals will be encouraged to study in academic institutions when they wouldn’t have to worry about paying debts. Consequently, people will contribute to enhance the economic condition of their country when they are more knowledgeable.
An additional concern is the fact that due to the increased rate of technology utilization, individuals are widely exposed to social isolation as they don’t have the opportunity to interact with one another as they did back in the day. A massive number of individuals are going their separate ways due to technology and these devices have changed the meanings of communication. Nevertheless, when individuals study in academic environments their social and communicational talents will be nurtured automatically as they have to discuss their lessons and accomplish group tasks alongside each other. Thus, attending academic institutions can help us avoid social complications.
In conclusion, when governments promote education to the society through cutting down or completely banning any payments regarding it, they will provide benefits both to individuals and the society as this trend causes more people to be employed as well as preventing social issues simply because more people will educate.
