Nowadays, because of some developments in electronic technologies and also uselessness of personal attendance, a percentage of people choose to work online. It often happens when a person works in the IT sphere or other places where everything you need is your personal laptop and knowledge in your brain. Therefore, I want to share positive and negative sides of this topic.
Firstly, I would like to start with the advantages of working at home. A lot of people cannot bear their daily way to the office. So, it is really convenient to save your time commuting. Instead of staying in traffic jams and being stressed, you can wake up calmly, have a breakfast without hurry and successfully take up your new tasks per day. What’s more, you can get and work in your own environment, make your atmosphere pleasant and nobody can’t spoil your mood and waste your time on useless questions which become really annoying after a busy day.
On the contrary, there are always some disadvantages. Everyone of us is a social creature and we cannot exist without society and communications with each other. When you work from home alone, after all, you will start missing your colleagues, friendship and feel truly lonely. Obviously, some breakdowns may happen and after this you can stay with no internet and no opportunity to call your boss or customers. But, as for me, the most difficult part of working at home will ever be the realization of discipline. Being persistent, determined and self-sufficient is a must in work like this. When you have everything you need next to you, you stop understanding the difference between your home and work space and become less productive.
Overall, there are some conveniences and inconveniences of working from home. But only you decide, can you stay an accomplished worker and achieve all of your aims despite difficulties and troubles or whether you will lose control over yourself, give up and never succeed in personal goals.
