In my opinion this statement is great. These days some parents are not satisfied with this situation,because some clever students are getting distracted from disruptive and disobedient students. In addition, parents who complain about this situation are agreed to separate their kids to another group, where kids study normally.
To begin with separating students, this will have beneficial impact on kids who study,because nobody can give their full focus on lessons even if there is tiny distractivce factor. For instance, in a group of 10 students which study in high level, at the under of music condition they would have get low score from exam or hometask. This situation is due to, staying under music condition and not being able to give full focus on the lesson.
Furthermore, there could be rule in a certain school, if students get warning for more than several times, that kid can be kicked out of the school. I think this would allow students to obey the rules more and study better and not annoy anybody.However from my own experience, i have seen kind of student which still does not care about this rule,and do whatever he wills.
I think separating would be best option for kids and terachers, because even if students get used to it, some teacher might not handle it anymore and cause some issues for that students. This conversaton can even reach to students parents.
To sum it all up, disobedient kids should have lessons from their parents, so they behave themselves in a society like normal individual instead of behaving like trouble causer.Moreover separating would silence students brain from disruptive ones.
