Studying history and literature is considered more important for academic learner than it is for them to learn science and mathematics. I donot agree with the statement that it is more important for students to study history and literature than it is for them to study science and mathematics as world is depended upon science and most of the science is connected with mathematics. In my opinion, it is more important to learn why events are occuring today with the help of science rather than the events which have already occured which is only history.

History donot deal with tthe current events and science have the reason for all the events and can predict the future too. So, I dnot agree with studying history and literature over science and mathematics. Moreover, we can learn history in the science aslso. As, overall development of human, earth, world are all explained with science. History and literature is just like a fiction which has already happened and donot have any importance in today’s world.

Moreover science have logical reason for everything and our lives are also connected with science. History and literature are only to be kept on memories and in book only. Today’s real deal is science and mathematics. For example numerous studies conducted by Pokhara University showed, 90 percent of people think studying science and mathematics is considered beneficial and important rather than studying history and literature.

To conclude, I believe learning history and literature is not considered as important as studying science and mathematics for students as, today’s world is all about science and facts. It is more important to learn about future and the upcoming events rather than studying about the events which had already occured and will be in memory only.
