Some countries prefer to fine people while some governments agree to community service instead. However, I totally agree with community service works. So, in forthcoming paragraph, I shall expound my thought in details.

Additionally, community service can be more beneficial for society as a whole as help it local project and needs. Participating in community service can help individuals develop new skills. On the other hand, fines can sometimes feel punitive and may not led to meaningful change in behavior or sometimes fines can be a burdensome, especially for those who may already be facing financial difficulties. However, individuals can start working at the local shelter for example to increase their sense of responsibilities.
