It has been believed by doctors that fewer people, nowadays, engage into physical exercise, even though regular exercises are important for maintaining a good health. There are several reason behind this shift, but some practical measures can be taken to encourage people to lead active lefesytle.

One of the major reasons for the lack of exercises is that busy work schedules. Many people work long hours to manage the arisen cost of living, which leaves them feeling tired at the end of day. After returing home, most people like to spend time with family and rest rather than doing exercise. Over time, this trend becomes a routine and results in poor fitness, weigh gain, and some common health problems, such as back pain.

Another key cause is the growing dependance on technology for daily tasks. These days, many people are rely heavily on conveniences, such as online shopping, food deliveries apps, and household machinaries, even for small tasks that were performed manually. Similarly, children also spend most of their time on mobile phone or playing electronic games, which limits their outdoor activities and movement. As a result, physical activities has slowly disppeared from everyday life.

To solve this problem, government and communities need to make some conscious and collaborative efforts. Workplaces can introduce small excercise breaks or provide fitness equipments for employees, while schools can include physical compulsoary period in their curriculum to encourage children for this activity from an early age. Public campaigns and fitness centers by authorities can further raise awareness anout long-term benefits of staying active. When people start seeing exercise as a normal part of life instead of an extra task, it can lead to a healthier and productive society.

In conclusion, although limited time and technological comfort have made people less active, with supportive policies and awareness, physical exercise can again become a natural part of daily life.
