Nowadays, the brain drain is an integral problem of developing countries, so that numerous smart and intelligent young people move to foreign countries, especially highly developed countries due to work chances. It will cause several problems for states in the future. However, some immensely crucial steps can be taken to solve this problem by the governments.
In my point of view, first and perhaps most important is issue is a lack of professionals and talented individuals. By abandoning homelands, they settle down at these states, so they work for stranger companies due to high salary, better work conditions and other benefits. Because they are not provided by the local governments like these accommodations. For example, Germany government declared a few years ago that they would accept doctors with a high salary, by ensuring visa supports. Therefore, it means that for the developing countries, to miss their potential diligent citizens. Hence, a significant way of solving this problem is to increase the life standards for locals. The majority of citizens who suffer from poverty and don’t make money, look for a better workplace propose high salary and other benefits. If the enforcement institutions accept their expectations and invest them, workers will stay at their lands.
In addition, another undeniable issue is an absence of scientific equipment in poorer states. Students or researchers tend to broaden their education, unfortunately they don’t have any chance. The developed countries have wide range of technological gadgets. For this reason, professionals eager to move other stations. By understanding public duties, states should take responsibilities, then they have to allocate a portion of budget for to create and get equipment.
In conclusion, the departure of professionals from developing countries to more developed ones is influenced by several factors, including better opportunities and resources abroad. However, by offering competitive compensation and fostering a sense of community service, developing countries can address this issue and retain their skilled workforce.
