Band 5+: employers should give its staff at least four weeks of holiday a year to make employees better at their jobs. to what extent do you agree or disagree?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

It is believed that companies should aquire more than one month time off work for their workers to increase motivation and productivity at workplace. While there are reasonable cons about these view, I largely agree that employees should take rest more for better employment.

On the one hand, critics argue that long holidays could increase sense of lazyness in the stuff. One reason is that, more employees take a rest weeks, more they lose interest in work and prefer to stay more in holidays. Consequently it can lead not only for lazyness but declining the productivity in companies also. If important members of the workplace are usually in the holiday, other stuff may get confused in difficulties that they face during the work day. In addition, business owners could become bankrupt with providing too many holidays and holiday payments. Organisations will offer vocation pay and lose financial status without high service quality.

On the other hand, I belive that hord work should be payed by more holidays. Workers often work hard for the company but they may not take enough rest from work. These case can significantly lose interest and motivation at the workpalace. For example, stuff with high quality of service should take a rest at least one month for refreshment. Furtheremore, when employees enjoy their holidays they try to work even harder for the company with satisfaction. Therefore, more days off could be essential for not only employment but companies also.

In conclusion, despite the beformentioned drawbacks about too many holidays, i strongly belive that these would more beneficial for the organisations.
