It is believed that employees could show better progress at their jobs if job requirements give them at least a 4-week holiday a year. I strongly agree with this statement because one time holiday a year can prevent employees from pressure and give them opportunities to create a new ideas.
Firstly, holiday a year keeps employees mindset in balance, which gives them a sense of freedom and relax . Taking a rest after a whole year working helps individuals do not burn during the work and not feel pressure. For instance, if person will work a whole year without any rest , it affects to their level of completing job, which could influence the statistic of the workplace. As a result, workplace can lose reputation, which decreases their consumers.
Secondly, for employees after per year working taking a holiday feels like breathing with a fresh air, which keeps their mind clean. It means holiday is a key factor that influences individuals mindset, for example, without employment pressure they are more likely to create a new ideas. Furthermore, at that period individuals can improve their skills such as critical thinking, communication and analytical research. As a result, clean mindset helps employees to perform their job better, without anxiety.
Eventually, I believe that a temporary rest can affect employees whole year job, giving them more energy and approaches. While some people could work without holiday , it can be seen some drawbacks later in their job process such as being tired,feeling frustrated and pressure.
