Art has played a vital role in human civilization since ancient times. However, nowadays, the majority of people have shifted their focus from art and become immersed in technological development. As a result, artistic crafts are no longer appreciated as much as they once were. I believe that the unprecedented rise of AI, science, and business has led to the decline of art, causing it to be considered outdated in today’s world. The solutions to this issue will be explained in the following paragraphs.
Modern-day technology is continuously skyrocketing and creating innovative jobs; however, it is also making it harder for other occupations, such as art and writing, to survive. To encourage individuals to become involved in art-related careers, it is necessary to limit the abilities of AI so that AI-generated works do not outshine masterpieces created by human hands. One of the preliminary steps to achieve this is to enhance artistic features, publicly promote art exhibitions, and distribute a significant amount of funding. As many artists today struggle to make a living from their work, these measures would raise the value of the art industry.
Moreover, since copyright issues remain one of the most distressing problems, the plagiarism of artworks should be taken far more seriously in order to encourage high-quality artistic production. Many authors identify these factors as major barriers in their careers. Therefore, new modifications are required, both in improving the quality of artworks and in strengthening laws that protect their originality and merit.
In conclusion, although technological progress is a major issue, I believe that forms of art should adapt to modern developments. As AI continues to bring contemporary changes, new models of art should be considered versatile and sustainable career paths for artists.
