Fossil fuel such as coal, oil and natural gas is widely used in many nations which produce damage to the environment. The usage of substitute input of energy, such as wind and solar power is being supported in many nations. In this essay, I will explore the reasons why in many lands alternative sources is a priority and is this positive or positive or negative development.
One of the main reasons why in other countries wind and solar power is a priority input of energy is because it is free and can be got in big amounts. For example, in the USA deserts, many wind turbines are installed, which creating the lion part of the energy for the country. Another method of environment-friendly way to receive energy is solar panels, which is especially common in countries, such as Spain, Germany and Italy where there are many sunny days during the year.
In my opinion, this is a positive development because we do not hurt our environment and still can get a large amount of energy. Additionally, installation of solar panels and wind turbines is cheaper than creating factories that will generate the same or even smaller amount of energy.
In conclusion, the usage of another sources of energy is being stimulated in other countries because it is literally free method to produce energy, and I am of the opinion that this is a positive development as it brings huge mass of energy and do not destroy the environment.
