Global warming is having a very significant and negative effect on the global population. This can be attributed to a substantial rise in the use of fossil fuels world-wide and this has greatly contributed to adverse weather conditions. This essay discusses how we, as a population, could benefit from the use of more energy-based technologies which in turn would replace the need to use fuel.
One of the largest contributors to global warming is the massive increase in fossil fuel consumption primarily for motor vehicles. This is because there is an ever-growing demand for the need to use vehicles for social and work-related purposes. Motor vehicles are constantly being manufactured and used for various purposes across the planet. For example, private cars have become the number one mode of transport due to the flexibility and ease of use they provide.
To combat this, humanity must unite as one and pledge to invest in, manufacture and use more energy-based technologies. This will dramatically reduce the need to burn and use and burn fossil fuels. For example, vehicles that use fuel, could be replaced by electric vehicles and energy-based public transportation could be implemented into and around our largest cities. This in turn would greatly reduce air pollution and will have a very positive effect on the overall weather and on global warming.
In conclusion, though it’s clear we are using too much fuel across the planet by having so many privately used cars, we can work together and focus on creating more electronic based vehicles to reduce the carbon footprint and hopefully reduce the severity of global warming and the extreme weather conditions that come with it.
