There is no denying that, increasing temperature on our Earth is a major treat in nowadays. This essay will examine, the causes and suggest viable solutions for overcome this challenge despite a few potential examples. This is predominantly a negative impact on the whole world.
The main key reason behind the rising temperature is, burning fossil fuel. There are many industries, such as agriculture, textiles and various garments that release greenhouse gases. As a result, atmospheric greenhouse gas concentrations become high. These compounds trap the heat and assist to climb global temperature. Another culprit is deforestation; Trees are the major carbon sinks. But the forest coverage at present is very narrow due to urbanization. People try to develop more infrastructures and make land for selling purposes. Therefore, most trees are cut down. For instance, there was a 70% forest coverage in Sri Lanka in 1990, But it reduced to 20% at present.
However, there are several actions people can take to address this problem. In governmental level, the reasonable parties should strict the rule system of environmental conservation with reforestation steps. Moreover, they can establish more renewable energy from wind, solar, and hydro power plantation. In an individual level, it is better to use more public transportation rather than private vehicles. This can help to decrease carbon dioxide emotions to the air. Moreover, the biogas consumption is another crucial solution for replacing fossil fuel burning at both domestic and industrial levels
