It is conceded that industrial zones are being proposed to be replaced from metropolitan to suburban areas by the governments. I would declare that this topic leads to more demerits which I will elaborate more below.
In regard to the drawbacks, to be relocated in a small town requires business owners to allocate an exorbitant amount of budget. High-quality of primary commodities are more acquirable in the capital city, along with disturbing dozens of factory goods also necessitates them to disburse for advanced-commercial vehicles. To state further, if companies were placed in green regencies, they would damage natural areas to construct their commercial buildings. Undoubtedly, this more likely gratifies land clearance which could exacerbate the ecosystem service. Where hundreds of trees and crops are savagely being cutted losing the natural beauty and freshness.
Moving to the potential benefits through industrialization, brings significant development in the local economy immensely. Where higher standard of living results in creating various job opportunities for local inhabitants, thriving better welfare and prosperity. Along with this, business guarantees health insurance and worker’s compensation for the stability in local employee’s careers. Furthermore, with an adequate city layout development, the new policy of moving industries to remote areas would enrich fresh air quality in the large cities. The heavy traffic flow during factory labourers commuting hours would decline and toxic pollution levels diminish moderately. Thus, the city has an opportunity to more readily revitalize the cityscape by providing green areas and pedestrian friendly-streets.
To sum up, albeit commercial establishments seem beneficial to some extent, I am in a view that relocating industry in small towns leads to more severe aspects. Those involve higher budgeting costs for business owners and wrecking the suburb’s ecosystem.
