I totally agree with the view that local council should make people look after their surroundings.
To begin with, the most predominant reason is that local authority cannot supervise the environment all the time because of they must take care of the enormous other fields of the nation. For some poor areas, tight budget is a big deal for them, with a burden to render their services to various sections like transportation amenities or many others community care services. Therefore, it would be better if the individuals spend a little part of money towards society’s welfare to live in heathy environment. However, if people keep on giving money without controlling, it will be another problem for local council. So if they organize a small community fund and propose an appropriate amount of money for each quarter of the year, it can be easier to control the money for the fund. It is also a great way for people to raising responsibility for the environment where they live in.
Ultimately, some research has stated that the local community has more influence individuals than programs of the state in terms of environmental protection. For that reason, authorities in every country can have a clean-up day in every month, encourage people to keep their neighborhood clear and spotless. To make this method more effectively, government can collaborate with non-governmental organizations to bring knowledge and education to people on how large the impact of environment diseases on human life. Through this way, people will realize how important of environmental protection is, thereby focusing on maintaining a clear living areas.
To sum up, both of the authority and people have responsibility for keeping environment clearly. Without the work from one part of them, the environmental issues could be an extraordinarily difficult task for them to handle.
