It is often argued that some people prefer high salary with limited time while others prefer having more free time with less money. While both sides have their own merits, I firmly believe that high income is important to survive in this modern world. However, I value the personal time.
On the one hand, individuals who support earning more despite having less time for themselves argue that money is necessary to fulfill the basic needs of life. Such as, money is required for purchasing the house or paying for rent, for food and basic expenses like water and electricity bills. It reduced the burden on individuals responsibility for the basics needs and feel secured. Moreover, I believe that having high salary is much needed because people can secured their life in the future. For example, job loss or unstable financial conditions. They can live happily after their retirement in their life without worrying about finance.
On the otherhand, the opponents believe that having more personal time will help them to improve their both personal and work life. A person who worked less hours, he or she can utilise this time with their families and less stress about there work. With having less workload, individual can work more efficiently and effectively. It will help to balance their both work and peronal life. In addition to this, person can learn new skills like graphic design, AI technology that will help them to grow personally and can have better opportunities in the future.
Overall, I believe that person earning more can ensure their life in the future while person with more free time can balance their life and enjoy their quality with their loved ones and work on themselves.
