It has been universally accepted that the problem of search for a residence is escalating at an alarming rate. The problem is bringing a state of depression among the masses and in economy too. The rising prices of the building, the growth of the population, and also the wave of urbanization, can be major causes of the issues.
In this essay, I will discuss about the eminent factors which caused this problem about housing and accommodation in many countries and also try to give solutions that can be used for decreasing of homeless individuals.
In regarding to the problem, the major reason which can be stated is the growing population year by year. In support of this reason, a fact known is Indonesia has no strong regulations about how many kids we can own in a family. This condition makes it difficult for families to find a space to build their house or rent an apartment. The high demand for homes caused the rising in estate prices, which can lead to many families unable to afford to have one.
Another reason for the homeless concern is the fact that many families are moving from the countryside and suburban areas to the big cities. This people hold the view that their lives will get easier, get a big salary and also easy to get many kinds of entertainment.
In this essay, I argued that the government to make regulations about population growth, also urbanisation. I believe that everyone should come forward to mitigate this problem.
