An increasing trend for many people around the world is working at home. In the past, people used to work physically in the office; however, many people prefer to work in the home, nowadays. In this essay I will show that the main advantage of working at residence is convenience for many purposes, whereas the primary disadvantage is lack of communication with their colleagues.
From an overall perspective, there are two key advantages of working from home. Perhaps the main advantage of this issue is that we can do our office-work easily from home. If we have done our work at home then we get free time, which helps us to spend some quality time with our family. This idea not only provides us free time but also saves our transport fares, facing regular traffic jams, sitting in one chair for a long time etc.
Despite these arguments, there are also various disadvantages to working remotely. One of the primary and common disadvantages is that people cannot communicate with their colleagues and employers at any time. For instance, if anyone wants to discuss some issues then they cannot interact, instantly. Furthermore, network issues are also one of the major detrimental issues. Because when they attend any crucial meeting and they face network issues at any time, this will affect our career.
In conclusion, in this essay we have shown main advantage of remote working is beneficial for many purposes, whereas the primary drawback is lack of communication with their office staff.
