Many people believe if all employees despite their job role get paid exact same wage it would bring much more harmony in the workplace. This essay would consider both sides and give my personal opinion.
Firstly, I firmly disagree with this statement because it can cause an argument between staff which provides unfair wages for employees with high-level positions. Moreover, there are various job positions regardless of education. Some require higher education, while others can be filled by individuals with little or no knowledge. For instance, office positions such as manager or accountant often require a university degree, but roles like receptionist may be available to people with basic knowledge without proper education.
Secondly, This opinion would be equal for everyone only if employees had same salary being in the same job positions and it would increase cooperation among workers. Therefore, it is better to admit the ability of higher workers since the position that they own requires many sacrifices and troubles.
In conclusion, paying the same wage to all employees would be unfair because every employee has gone through different levels of effort and each one affects to the company growth in unique way.
