I contend that this development comes with both negative and positive implications, as will be shown in the following essay.
On one hand, using renewable energy sources leads to higher costs in installation and equipment rather than fossil fuels. For example, solar panels and wind turbines, which are needed to store and install energy, require significant financial support for a suitable infrastructure. In addition, there are many additional costs overtime, which pose a threat to some countries’ inadequate resources and labour.
Despite the aforementioned cons, I contend that they are decidedly overshadow overweighed by the advantages of consuming alternative energy.Firstly, the fact that it reduces greenhouse gases and pollutants that are released by transportation and industrial processes, which helps to bring less pollution and prevent climate change, leading to better air quality and people’s health. Furthermore, renewable energy is linked to sustainability because solar and wind energy are free resources and won’t run out, unlike fossil fuels are exploited all is just a matter of time,
