Nowadays, overcrowding in cities are being a wide range of countries’ concerns at all. So, a particular part of governments has discussed the idea named relocation of territories with overpopulation to the more rural areas.
To begin with the merits of this phenomenon, a big amount of inhabitant in the cities own a chance to alter their locations with more peaceful and traffic-free lands. Therefore, it can be considered an evaluation of the unfavorable terrains as much as a reuse of them. Secondly, air-polluted places in the world need to be changed or refreshed by eliminating vehicles from enormous cities. Governments’ measures to reduce cars may lead to less poisonous weather with less carbon-dioxide, would be advantageous generally. For example, in China struggling overpopulation, the sector of government, which is responsible for that issue, tried to figure out overcrowding with enlargement of terrains and environmental engineers came up with the alluring demonstrative numbers that showed the difference of air condition.
To continue with the demerits of this concept, considering the expenses ,it cannot be considered straightforward from a government perspective. Additionally, most individuals in large cities are keen on living on the location with better opportunities under certain opportunities and they would not modify their local residents to the reconstructed rural areas without accessible hospitals or essential community centers. Moreover, if the government were to replace any business centers’ accommodation, it would surely have a remarkable impact on employments’ transportation every single day. So, it is necessary to relocate the fellow workers and their working companies’ place at the same time. As an example, due to a lack in implementing of this plan, it leaded to a big concern between employers who were stuck in the roads from their homes to companies every single day in Baku, the capital city of my country.
To sum up, I am strongly inclined to believe that, drawbacks of relocation to the adverse territories are more eye-catching compared to the advantages related to reconstruction of vulnerable places due to the financial requirements and complexity of implementation..
