In this modern era, hike in amount of population is creating various major concerns for governments. As more public is settling down in developed areas creating major issues like overpopulation. Therefore, Official authorities are motivating companies and public to move out of cities to underdeveloped regions. Although, this trend has both pros and cons, but advantages outweigh the disadvantages.
To commence with drawback of this trend, the first and foremost problem is lack of opportunities for public and traders. In other words, humans and business houses will suffer from the lack of things like cheap labour and products which are easily available in developed regions. As a result, more focus will be made to move back to well-constructed areas.
Shifting towards the advantages, firstly it will stop the over usage of limited natural resources in the advance regions. To be precise, items like petrol, electricity will be used in less quantity as there will be equal distribution of public settlement limiting the usage of scarce items in cities. For example, various parts of developed cities are getting electricity power cuts to save the limited available hydro.
Furthermore, underdeveloped towns will provide large easily accessible infrastructure for commerce and personal usage. In other words, shops and buildings can be constructed in large areas as the land will be easily available due to non- settlement of mankind. Thus, making positive contribution for humans both financially and personally.
To conclude, although this approach will lead to loss of benefits like cheap manpower and items for public and business use, yet it ultimately benefits in ways like saving limited natural things in cities and giving opportunities like huge open spaces for well-being.
