In addition, the high-fat diet many children eats can negatively impact their health and increase weight. Consuming junk food, such as fast food, without prior knowledge of the disadvantages can lead to over-consumption, which also increases the percentage of fat in body.
However, the solution can found within the hands of individuals and governments. Educating parents and kids about the risks of nowadays habits can motivate them to look for an alternative and starting a healtheir diet. Moreover, encouraging outdoor activites, such as football, will gain much more attention after knowing its signifcant benefits in burning fats. For example, certain schools in China started an educational program for parents and their offsprings to spread awareness about healthy lifestyles. Afterwards, a signifcant change in habits was noticed among most children.
In summary, the unhealthy habits of low activity and high consumption of junk food can increase the number of obese children. Yet individuals and the government can help by providing educational materials and programs to spread knowledge.
