In different areas of the world, there are worries about the increasing number of childhood obesity. One of the primary causes of it is the absence of a proper nutrition routine. Improving healthcare services for children can be good solution for this. I will explain my opinion and give brief details in the next parts of my writing.
The main reason behind this anxiety in relation to kids who are fat is having no structured diet. In the modern world, young people have almost no idea what they eat, and after some period, they become overweight without noticing. For example, my classmates often go to eat fast food after lessons. I see them get overweight as it happens regularly. This situation, in turn, raises concerns about kids who are obese.
One of the possible approaches to this problem is taking care of children’s health. It can be done by promoting daily physical activities, setting limits for consuming street foods, and informing them of the benefits of healthy nutrition. For instance, in the Netherlands, families focus on the physical state of kids by buying bicycles for them to ride to school and providing natural meals for the times when they are outside. As a result, this country has a lower rate of childhood overweight in comparison to other parts of Europe.
To conclude, a major fear regarding a growing number of fat kids in many countries caused by having no regular diet actions can be decreased by promoting healthcare services and physical activities.
