A large portion of the countries, The Life Expectancy Index Rate has increased in recent years. This has caused many issues for elderly people and governments. These problems need to be addressed by systematic solution.
One of the most significant issues is elderly health problems. As people aged demanded more Healthcare services which includes especial medications, well-Equipped hospitals and Nursing homes. Due to aged population the number of workforces has decreased. In order to meet the need for medical centers, the government needs to invest in building modern hospitals which the result is higher expenses. Additionally, governments faced to Retirement issue. Many people in the society are retired and governments must pay their pensions which creates a financial burden and impacts the national budget.
To tackle health issues, the government should invest in research institutes. This can help address medication shortages. As a consequence of building more institutes, efficient medicine will be produced. Additionally, a portion of the national budget should be dedicated to building and renovating health centers. To compensate for the decline in the young population, the country should implement (or operate?) immigrant-friendly policies to address the lack of young workforces. During retirement, a significant amount of money must be allocated (or dedicated?) to pensions. By passing new laws, the government should delay the retirement age. For example, in Scandinavian countries, due to a shortage of workers and a high Life Expectancy Index, the retirement age has been changed (adjusted accordingly??).
