Nowadays, in many parts of the world there is plenty of kids that spend their time after school studying more or completing their school tasks. In addition, the majority of children state that even this amount of time is not enough, so they forget about other things. There are a number of factors that prove the negative side of this habit.
At the start, students’ main and the most significant resource is – the mental health. Mental health of the student depends on how much time student gives to rest. Furthermore, the word ‘rest’ also means the activities that student usually does, such a hobby or being a volunteer. Mental stability is also helps learner to be better in studies, in addition, it also adds more passion to learn something new. Eventually, if school-age kid spend an amount of time to give the rest to brain, such are doing activities that adult likes, the negative feelings like anxiety or sadness probably won’t disturb the student at all, compared to the other learners.
Furthermore, another skill that adult should learn is – the communication with society. People tend to choose their potential friends by matching their points of view or a hobbies with them, but if the student not giving enough time to interact with people, in the result, the kid won’t find the round of people that student wants. Moreover, it is common to think that lonely people are more tend to suicidal thoughts, so it makes the interacting with people an important skill in children’s life.
In conclusion, in many countries kids tend to spend their free time doing homework, but even if studying is important, there are a number of more significant activities that would help children to prepare for their future life.
