There are several administrations of some nations that take preference in spending money on the artistic field rather than on health and education. This essay aims to demonstrate both sides, hence proposing my personal thoughts.
First, concentrating money on the arts is advantageous to the entertainment industry. Distinct types of arts nowadays captivate a large number of dedicated people due to its wealth of imagination and cultural traits. These individuals tend to take arts as their interests and recreational activities, thus devoting money on the arts for psychological demands. Additionally, various artistic areas also possess immense cultural intangible values, extending a permanent life-span throughout periods. Recognizing these potential, governments are thereby willing to pay money on the arts to generate entertainment profits and simultaneously preserve culture.
Second, when spending money on health and education, governments can guarantee life standards of residents. Both education and health concerns are considered fundamental citizenship, ensuring comprehensively two of these rights helps balance society and people’s well-being. In the context of increasing health care needs due to erratic changes of disease, improving the medical services is of the utmost importance, such as enhancing medical supplies or technological facilities. Another point worth mentioning is about the educational system. Citizens, particularly young generations, should be equitably educated in order to reinforce the basis of knowledge and ethics. In the long run, human resources with good health and expertise qualifications can be incentives to boost the economy of each nation.
In conclusion, I firmly concur that the administration should allocate the State Budget equally for the arts, health and education with the aim of thorough social operation. Based on the aforementioned points, all three fields hold a crucial place in the entertainment industry, cultural preservation, life standards, and high-quality workforce.
