Therefore, it is necessary to make a comprehensive solution, which will support younger families to have more children and change the pension age.
The proportion of seniors has been markedly increased in the last few decades. The question is why? Probably, because of the higher quality of medicine, and science, adoption of better knowledge of nutrition and food or not physical work. Any whey, ages of citizens increase and the state has a massive problem with pension payments. Why? The investigation has pointed out that people in early adulthood leave their countries for better qualifications, education, and work. These conditions lead to a loss of interest in coming back because of criminality or corruption, which tides with the future of the next generation. Ultimately, their country’s treasure will stay empty. Older citizens intake money from the state, but any support through the taxes is not coming in.
Moreover, young people who arrive abroad, create families there. I suppose that their offspring are not able to come back to their country of origin and therefore, in this state is a deficit of young people, who can help the government with payments. However, the population the senior population is still increasing there. On the other hand, state politics must sustainable situation enact a new senior law and increase the age of pension, which will lead to from long-term vision of a stable situation.
In conclusion, both situations help to create the wish cycle. The solution is very simple. Firstly, the government have to think for a long-term decade. They have to calculate with the young population, and therefore support them to have families through the stimulation, such as lower taxes, free child care, and different benefits for children. In addition, mathematics has to recalculate the date of leaving to the pension, which has been in the last few years increasing rapidly.
