One of the causes of this topic is that subjects that taught in universities are basic knowledge. This is because those subjects help students have good skills such as critical thinking and problem solving. However, they still cannot adapt in the working field.

Another cause is that fresh graduates do not have experience and cannot also work effectively. This is due the fact that many companies need employee that had experience or passed the training program. They can get use to the job quickly.

One of the solutions of this problem is training program while studying. Since students work able and adapt their knowlegde from classrooms into industry.
