There are serveral reasons for mismatch of skills taught in academically and demanded skills by the employers. One of the major cause is that educational instututions only focuses on the academic sectors like reading, writing, exams. This leads to unskilled person who will have hard time to get a proper job as employers want the skilled manpower for their establishment. Another contributing factor is that while pursing in a academic phase of time students are not properly guided by their mentors which furthers worserns the situation.Additionally every student are only focused on their studies rather than developing their skills for the future. Skills are not prioritize which should be in the top list .

To address this problem, several measures can be tanken. One effective solution is to develop the student’s skills not only the academic but also the other ones which are needed in real life. However there should be 50-50 on both developing skilled and academically so that this would help the future enduvours to get a proper job without any trouble. In addition students should be given more of the real world experiences like doing researchs, interns in the well establishments, attending workshops, leading in a proper direction as well as working with the experienced mentor which will lead to tackle the issue more effectively.

In conclusion, this mismatch is caused by different factors but can be solved through appropriate actions. If these solutions are implemented properly, the problem can be reduced signficantly in long run.
