IN MODERN SOCIETY, THERE IS A DEBATE BETWEEN THE SKILLS TAUGHT IN EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS AND THE SKILL REQUIRED BY EMPLOYERS. IN MY OPINION, THIS ISSUE HAS MANY CAUSES AND ALSO SOLUTIONS TO PREPARE STUDENTS FOR THE MODERN PROFESSIONS. THIS ESSAY I WILL DISCUSS IT.

FIRST OF ALL, EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS HAVE OUTDATED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS. WHICH ARE UNNESSESARY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE. FOR INSTANCE, STUDENTS LEARN A LARGE AMOUNT OF THEOLOGY ,HOWEVER, WITHOUT A LOT OF PRACTICE. AS A RESULT, YOUNG PEOPLE DONT HAVE EXPERIENCES ENOUGH. AS OLD MOTHODS AS A LACK OF PERSONAL PRACTICE AFFECT FOR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. FUTHERMORE, SKILLS SUCH AS CRITICAL, ANALITICAL AND STRAREGICAL. IT ALSO LEAD TO DECLINE STUDENT OPPORTUNITIES TO BE BETTER IN FUTURE WORKFORCE.

IN ADDITION, THESE PROBLEMS MIGHT REDUCE BY IMPROVING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS. FOR EXAMPLE, THE GOVERNMENT COULD ADD MODERN PROGRAMS WITH DIFFERENT WORK PRACTICE. BY PRACTICING ALL SKILLS, CAN INCREASE SIGHNIFICANTLY STUDENTS GROW. MODERN PROGRAMS WITH USING TECHNOLOGY, FOR EXAMPLE, INDIVIDUAL WHO CHOOSE SCIENT FIELD, MAY DO VARIOUSLY EXPRIMENTS WHICH IS CONNECTING WITH PHYSICS OR HEMISTRY. IT COULD INCREASED MOTIVATION AND EXPIRIENTS FOR THE FUTURE. CONSENQUENTLY, IT ALLOWS TO THE FUTURE WORKFORCE AND CAPABILITY BE CONSIDIRABLY BENEFICIAL. FOR THESE REASONS, THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD PROVIDE THESE OPPORTUNITIES IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS.

IN CONCLUSION, EVERYTHING CONNECTING WITH EDUCATION PLAY CRUCIAL ROLE IN MANY COUNTRIES. MODERN WORKFORCE NESESSARY AND THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD REPLACE UPDATED SYSTEMS ON MODERN METHODS AND TASKS FOR STUDENTS.
