In our world, we have noticed a great shift of culture towards capitalism and this has resulted in humans being prepared as a human bot but is this reliable in long term? In many studies it has been shown that people with more creative minds tend to be more successful but is creativity the only need for survival? It has been a long going debate for centuries and here we are with the genZ and genX generation being stuck in the corporate loop.

Our education system everywhere is known to support theoretical and practical knowledge. The young mind are the one that should be nurtured with right mindset and right creative approach to grow. We as society have been so focused on materialistic growth that our creative sides have been lost making human more stressed and less creative.

I agree to the thought that a human should be creative as well as practical because these hand in hand tend to become an unstoppable force that can even make people reach heights. The creative mind of knowing how and why , result in many innovations and ultimate success.

The schools should focus on creative approach and turning them into practicality. A student should know if their talent is a mere hobby or a great innovation, for this kind of knowledge the teachers should be well trained and connected to their root emotions. Students should have extra curricular activities classes with classified educated teachers that can guide and educate the student towards their innovative hobby.

The students who are interested in theoretical knowledge henceforth can focus solely on their education and treat the extra activities classes as stress reliever activities this would help the student to grow emotionally too. The students interested in art , culture and other curriculums can take their hobby in consideration with the practical knowledge of market and society and build a career out of it. Every famous painter was a mathematician and every billionaire is an innovator who once asked how and why? And with that I would like to conclude why education should be focusing on both the realms of human minds.
