Currently, the rising trend of people who often leave away from their homeland to look for a job has revolutionized social interaction. Some argue that this is a good opportunity to gain a lot more selections, and I partially agree. Though without parents’ support and a steady relationship with the locals, it does pose difficulties for development, these people also serve as new avenues to anneal themselves.
On the one hand, when people go to another city to search for a job application, there would be two main disadvantages. One critical challenge is that they approximately lose the company of parents and friends. The care of family, which is frequently common during the growth of people, becomes a substantially precious treasure for a single one living far from family members. Another notable strength of finding work distantly lies in its potential damage to a person’s psychology. Nobody to get along with and heavy pressure from a stressful working environment could easily damage one’s spirit and courage to promote. It is depressing for us to live in an indifferent and unknown place where it would damage our inspiration.
On the other hand, a suitable distance from families and friends can be beneficial to some extent. A key advantage of a remote workplace is the chance to practice the ability of self-reliance and self-independence. It is obvious that one day all of us should get rid of the effect of family to try ourselves in life, and the earlier we move out, the more independent we would be. Last but not least, our own destination and goal could probably be undefined in a familiar environment, so that the sufficient method is to have a job in where you want.
In essence, although a not close distance may exhibit some diminishing negatives, their role in enhancing our courage and skills under certain conditions is also undeniable.
