The rate of unemployed graduates nowadays is a popular phenomenon in many nations. This is because of ,competitive work market among individual and lack of experience. Addressing these issues would involve the government, creating more job opportunities and providing free practical education.
On the one hand, the primary reason why graduates face unemployment is because, they lack the skills and experience. Some work such as the vocational field requires experienced professionals with the practical knowledge, most scholars are only equip with the theoretical aspect and finds it more challenging applying it in the real world, so they end up not qualifying for the work. Furthermore, there is increased number of people applying for same work position.
