At present, several highly qualified graduates are living without a job in many countries. They are lacking to afford the basic living standard for unemployment. I believe the reason behind this is the exceeding amount of graduates overlapping the number of jobs available in a country.
Most underdeveloped countries such as Africa, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and so on are staying behind in many factors than other countries including the employment sectors. In addition, the number of graduates every year is increasing with a lower level of job expectations. Some are moving abroad in search of jobs and others tend to live unemployed in the country. Nowadays, many qualified graduates do not match the ongoing demand for skills including communication, presentation, and an open-minded attitude. Most companies are looking to rely on these aspects. Hence, more people are unable to get jobs in companies. Furthermore, the rise in population rate has affected the quantities of job vacancies.
On the other hand, unemployed people who are unable to find jobs in their countries can be productive and try to produce their source of income by becoming self-dependent. There are various job opportunities online which can be done from home. Therefore, with the help of Internet, it is not highly difficult for anyone to make money anymore, who is patient and capable enough to give the time and determination a work requires. The government can subsidize small businesses to build something big and provide more job opportunities for others. This will also help generate a country’s GDP, which is beneficial for both sides.
In conclusion, unavailable job vacancies will not be a further issue if steps are taken both by the government and individuals of the society. If the government gives support to fresh graduates to become entrepreneurs then many people will get the courage to set up their own business and create better platforms for other to join.
