Actually, history erasure is one of the war and occupation methods, which is provided by traditions demolishing and creation new ones. For example, the authority of the USSR was directed on destruction of the religion customs, certain traditions, books and pieces of arts of such countries like Ukraine, Belorussia and others. The single reason for such tactics was the knowledge that without reminding of who these nations are and without their history, none of that counties will not fight against total occupation.
Exploring the potential drawbacks, a notable one is that risk of accidents grows during the festivals. Such events frequently accompanied by a huge number of people in one place, which can increase the danger in cases when crowd is under the influence of alcohol. For instance, it is the fact that people who have been drinking often become more aggressive and do not realise their action causing fights during which someone can be hurt.
