It means health is secondary because people want to save money and force themselves to eat junk food. More people are forgetting how delicious traditional food is. Everyone knows fast foods are bad, nevertheless they eat it with pleasures.
However, it has many bad effects on people’s health. Maybe fast food can save a person’s money and time but it cannot preserve one’s health. They need to remember how traditional food was delicious and much more lighter than fast food.Many people struggle to maintain a balanced diet due to their busy work schedules and reliance on fast food, meanwhile people need to maintain a balanced intake of vegetables, protein, and carbohydrates. I don’t mean you need to eat healthy meal all the time actually you can indulge in fast foos once in a while. However you need increase vegetables and protein in your schedule.
