In many parts of the world, fast food becoming popular decreases the consumption of traditional meals, and this has a harmful effect on general public. I partly agree with this statement since replacing national dishes by fast food saves vital resources, however junk food brings problems related to health.
On the one hand Fast food is still considered one of the fattiest meals in the world. Although the serving size of junk food is smaller than other dishes, it contains a lot of calories. So regular consumption of junk food can bring serious issues related to human health. The one of the most significant disease which can be caused by eating fatty dishes is obesity. Obesity reduces the level of living since overweight individuals become lazy and less athletic. Moreover obesity can lead to heart disease because the more weight, the greater the load on the heart. Blood pressure and number of heart rates increase since the heart is under considerable pressure and at the expense of this all heart can stop at any time. And also fast food has a mental health effects such as higher risk of depression and increased anxiety, precisely mental issues can be arisen by nutrient deficiencies. All in all frequent consumption of fast food can bring list of serious illnesse which sometimes can lead to death.
On the other hand, street food can help people economize their vital resources, particularly timeand money. In modern societies, many individuals lead busy lives and often lack the time required to prepare meals at home. Street food provides a quick and convenient alternative, allowing people to eat without long waiting times or complicated preparation. Moreover, street food is usually more affordable than dining in restaurants, making it an economical option for students and low-income workers. By reducing both cooking expenses and time spent on meal preparation, street food enables people to allocate their limited resources to other important daily activities
