Gender equality means ensuring all the individuals regardless of their gender have equal opportunities, responsibilities and respect. In 21st century, many countries have men and women, both working as full timers, therefore, all the other responsibilities should also be completed by both of them together.
In todays world, all the jobs are done by men and women both, weather it is related to medical, engeniring , law, finance or any other line related to creativity. Further, most of chefs and hotle management staff are men. However, some people from our society thinks that is is illogical to share household work among men and women. A hous is converted into home with the collected efforts of men and women both. So, why men and women should not share their household chores?
Even though, old people still think as orthodoxs and believe that all the choles related to faimly is sole responsibility of female, our upcoming generation will change this thinking. Parents are playing crucial role and educatimng their childern about gender equaltiy and also, teaching them household chores like cooking and cleaning, irrespective of their gender. In addition, able to do household chores is one of the most important life skill everyone should have.
In conclusion, if both males and females live togetrher in a houes, so, it should be their shared responsibility to do all the work. Maybe, the society still believes that womens are ment to do household chores all alone, but we should not focus on such people.
