It is argued that public influencers have a strong impact on the young people, who look at them as “role models”. Although this trend creates several benefits for youngsters, I party agree with this view and still believe it can bring few negative developments to some extent.

On the one hand, many famous people can have profound impacts on individual growth and society. Firstly, this phenomenon can boost personal development. For example, subscribing Khanh Vy ‘s channel, which is one of channels providing youngsters with valuable lessons about learning IELTS tips, traveling experience and necessary soft skills in real life, will motive them to become a better version of themselves. Hence, this can help to prepare for the young before facing the real challenges in life, foster a sense of security and satisfaction. Secondly, these influencers can inspire the young to contribute in doing good things for society. These works such as volunteering, charitable donations may be promoted with a huge attention of audiences, leading to an enormous support and useful assistance to many poor lives.

However, some influencers may affect negatively children. The first reason is that teenagers usually compare themselves to famous influencers, resulting in mental health issues. For instance, young adults become obsessed with what celebrities do at some aspects regarding make-up, appearances or outfits. Hence, they willing to apply the same things on themselves with high expectation. If these things do not work out as the way they wanted them to, they will be upset and lack of self-esteem, leading to more serious problems of health like depression and stress. Moreover, few individuals have bad habits but influence the young’s lifestyle significantly. Take Kha Banh as an example, he used to be a gangster, but now has a thousand followers on Tiktok, which is a platform allowing him to post hundreds of videos of unhealthy lifestyle. These anti-social actions such as smoking, dyeing hair, fighting, and racing, can pose a threat to society and incite children to behave badly towards others.

In conclusion, I believe the famous people have some influences on the young. Although the benefits are merit, it seems to me a negative development to some extent.
