Shops, schools , officers and homes in many urban areas are often be arranged by planners and they also separate them from one another. This practise will bring some advantages but in my opinion, this trend can not outweigh its drawback. In this essay, i will provide reasons to support my perpective.
on the one hand, because houses are sperated from one another , traffic jam rate will dramatically decrease and citizens also gain a better life in here.Not only the air pollution decline but also noise pollution so that their mental can be motivation a lot and can work more efficiency. for example, people who affected by noise pollution has become lazier and lack of effort to work, but with this practise , they can work harder and contribute more to their country.In addition, managers in each cities can easier to manage and address problems faster.
on the other hand, there are still a lot of disadvantages in this practise. firstly, all buildings are located far from each other so that the demand for vehicles will dramatically increase. for example, if children want to go to school , they have to walk a long way , but their parents will never allow them. instead of that, they will buy vehicles for their childrens.Therefore, it will lead to air pollution and traffic jam in this area. secondly, citizens can not interact often with other people like in the past anymore , which make society less cohesive.
in condition, arranging shops , schools , officers and homes in specific areas and separate them from one another can brings some benefits . But in my perpective, this trend can not outweigh its drawbacks.
