Nowadays, a large number of students prefer study other common subjects rather than science, and there are lack of students who choose science in universities. The cause this problem might be it is quite challenging for students and low job opportinity in future, as well as girlies does not able to attend to science classes. As a solution, the government should to pay high salary for scientific workers and maintaining girls in science major.
One of the primary reason is that scientific subjects, such as physics, chemestry, and mathematica is difficult to choose, in order to it is not easy to find jobs with high salary. In other words, their families and relatives advice them to choose common proffesions, which with great job opportunity rather than science subjects. For instance, according to statistics, in recent times, less people decide on studying in science, in terms of physics and mathematics. Hence, the less job opportinuty leads to lack of scienists. The solution for this problem might be the government support scienists and pay them high salary, in order to this solution is much possible.
Another cause is that the girlies does not participate science subjects and not attending to science classes in universities, even though they have ability in this. Besides, studies have shown that the society has negative impact to girls who choose science, and not supporting their decisions. As an example, they are have streotypes, such as science not for girls and they have any capability to do scientific advances. Therefore, we should to maintain all girls and support their decisions. As a solution, in general, all individuals, including government should to remove these streotypes and maintain females for bright future.
In conclusion, although some people think that science is not great and valuable subject for everyone, in order to students not choose this subject because of high salary and job opportunity, I firmly believe that if we are do all aforementioned solutions we can extinct the bad streotypes in our society.
