As the world revelationizes, in some Asian countries such as Viet Nam, China Korea, the porpotion of young people deciding to get married later in life is increasing dramatically. They get married at their 30s or even 40s, which is different from the previous generation, getting married of their 20s. In this essay, we are bound to look into the causes of this phenomenon and the impacts of it on social nowadays.
Firstly, the reason for getting married later in life is the young now want to have more freedom. They are still very young and have many things to experience. Because of a competitive society the youngerster now have to gain more knowledge to make ends meet and experience more to settle down on their own business. That is the reasons why the young now need more time to experience new things, to learn more before the get married. Secondly, there are culture exchanges nowadays the Asian people are affected by other cultures such as the Western culture. There are many rituals that is not suitable for the young. For example, the people living in Europe or America is more free, they can learn whatever they want, they can go to other places to experience new things try the native cuisines the customs. This make the Asia people also want to study abroad, try new things not just settle down on the hometown. Finally the young people now want a happier life and they spend a lot of time finding the people that is actually love them, volunteer to live with them for the rest of their life. This is different from the previous generations whose married is set my parents or the elderly.
Thus, getting married later can attribute to some impacts on social and the young. First of all, the proportions of increasing populations is decreased because the young now get married late leaving to the rise of the elderly. There are few children were born but they are too many people it’s getting older. As a research in recent years the older people in Vietnam is rising dramatically leading to elderly social. Additionally, the young can lost the ability to have children or the children can be disabled. The factor underlying this effect is the overaging of having children the suitable age is from 20 to 30.
To conclude, getting married later in life can be affected by many causes such as economic challenges, and personal aspirations. While this trend reflects the evolving priorities of modern society, it also presents new challenges for future generations.
