There is no doubt that technology has brought several changes in working style of human, in most of nations, corporations let their employees to work remotely, while others believe they should work from the office. To start with the reasons of working from home, firstly, it can reduce the company expenses. This is because by working from home will reduce the company’s operational bill such as electricity. It also saves the time and money of modem which they spend on travelling. To add on, working from home is more comfortable for workers as it provides them with more spare time. To clarify, people can easily maintain work life balance as they can spend time with their family members and also can work by sitting at home.
On the other hand, allowing individuals to come to the workplace will increase the productivity. Like, it helps the employees to talk and work together to discuss and solve any problem which helps to achieve target easily. Apart from this, companies provide many facilities to its workers like working atmosphere, comfortable seats which helps the person to focus on their work without distraction. Also individuals become more competitive and disciplined under the supervision of their boss.
To conclude, both the methods have their own importance in each and every side, however, I think working in office have better impact than telecommuting because it helps the person to learn various skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, time management and many more.
